Paper reviews are not blind and submissions may be up to 10 double-column pages using standard IEEE conference format with 10pt Times New Roman font. Latex and Word templates can be downloaded from the IEEE's Proceedings page:

(Automatic extension to December 10, 2006, midnight EST. No further extensions will be granted) 

Notification of Acceptance: February 5, 2007
